Re: Where did you surf today ?
Early finish so a lovely Autumn arvo session. Waters still warm, very lully but fun when they came. No wind and low crowd. Can’t wait till I retire.
Oh, and now I’m having a Praga in the sun. Pleasant.

Swell kind of pushed late this arvo. I can't help but think that Fiji must be in the midst of a fabulous run of surf.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
Well I think it's more Textbook Peak today.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Head high plus inconsistent south swell. First a slab right, shared with a couple of boogs. Got proper rinsed on one take off, then a couple of waves later got a fun toob. Then paddled further down and surfed the left. Fairly crowded but managed to snag a good set that ran all the way inside the point with plenty of carves.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
South facing reef again offering up some shoulder to head high plus lefts. Inconsistent but still enough pulses of leftover swell to keep me interested.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Club comp today.
Both my heats were late morning, wind and tide affected.
Managed to snag a 2nd and a 3rd .
The earlier heats were run in pretty good conditions.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

You are on the right side of the Gong BF! Pretty hard to find much up here, and the banks are all straight.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Honestly expected bugger all but it was half decent and there’s a few nice banks for a change. Pleasantly surprised. As I left it looked quite good, not quite “word perfect peak” but pretty good.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Actually, I'm seeing lines start to come in. Tide's dropping. Back shortly

Re: Where did you surf today ?
Garie beach late arvo to dusk session. 3-4 foot rip bowl lefts, clean as a whistle. Pretty shifty and freight training, but got one absolute cracker that ran the whole length of the bank, with about foot or five consecutive backhand snaps. If the swell had some east in it to help peak it up a little more it would’ve been prime time.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Super fun session by moonlight at 5.30 this morning at the only spot working in this swell round here. I got about 50* runners before the sun was up and the crowds began to descend.
