Hey I’m watching right now!!! Just grabbing my coffee.
I thought the conditions were a bit challenging yesterday but I think there was the odd 8 point ride in the women’s.
Still looks pretty average surf wise

There's still a QS tour?
How does that work in the age of quarantine?

The revised WQS (the regionalized development tier) was designed so that WQS competitors would focus of their own regional events to make it more affordable for them.
There are very few non-Australians competing in the QS here this year. Maybe some of these few live here normally, like Glenn Hall is competing under the Ireland flag.

I've had a few honest tries at watching the webcasts.
it's a very tough slog.

I watched about 5 minutes. Some Brazilian girl did a pretty nice cut-down on a closeout. Got a high 3.
Ben Dunn was droning on about a whole bunch of 'cenny coast crew giving it a nudge'. I poured myself another drink and logged off.

Yep. Live as well pretty average
I’m with Shearer and the Lennox crew now. The comp area is massive. And outside the comp area there is what seems like a billion blonde haired competitors fucking up airs on the only decent wave. And the droning blanket of the announcer has descended across Avoca. I can hear him from my place.
It has all the sophistication of Little Athletics without the barbecue or the Welsh National Titles.
What a shit show.

The WQS has some great locations lined up ("tenatively") this year - Ala Moana, Puerto Escondido, Arica, Ujung Bocur, Dylan's Right, Padang-Padang, Lennox Head...
Ambitious!

Ujung Bocur? Swell magnet, but I wonder what all the punters who paid for their 2 week stay at the local surf camps will think? You paddle straight out from your bungalow. It’s a scooter ride to more fickle waves if you can’t surf Ujung.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Proto Polynesian Culture is documented as originating from the East Coast of Taiwan as well. All the wood carving are Polynesian looking as are a lot of the people.

Hi,
My name is Joep and I am developing a portable home speaker for my graduation program, and I want to know what outdoor types like you guys want in a home speaker. I made a survey with 8 quick questions that could really help me make the perfect portable home speaker to continue the adventures at home!
At this point the hikers are beating the surfers with the number of participants, so show them wrong;)

Thank you in advance!
