See Beach Grit, for the link to the interview I assume Beany is talking about
Correct. Steve probably can’t log on there anymore.
He back pedals on his anti vaccs stance a fair bit. As Derek Reilly points out.
Probably a better interview than any surf site would get.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Crunched the bejeezus out of my longboard at Santa Cruz this week. Surf has been a decent size (bit sloppy, quite Victorian conditions actually) but it has made getting out of the waves at high-tide and back up the cliffs a fcuken pain.
Ended up bashing up the tail, nose and a rail when a freak wave flattened me just as I was at the foot of the cliff. I'm fine thanks for asking
So it was back to mixing resin, cutting fibreglass and of course, sanding, sanding and more fcuken sanding. I will be pouncing on one of these when the Xmas sales hit to make up for the shit job I did on the board (it's water tight and that's a job done in my book). I brought my Bosch tools over to the US me and their 18V battery range is the ducks nuts (Ryobi, DeWalt and Milwaukee can eat a bag of dicks, between them)

That’s no good, Groots. There was a longboard comp on at SantaCruz when we were there. Jumping off the end looked like piece of cake but getting out on the various stairs looked sketchy as in a biggish swell. Guess you could paddle around to Cowells if it got too hairy. How’s all the Queen Anne style houses up around there. It’s a pretty town. Full surfie hang in the car park at the point.

That whole mystery bay stretch is full of rocks. Not really a surf zone, good place to smash a boat up or something
If you’ve got wheels, 15 mins north is Narooma. Beaches and a breakwall.

Surfline could learn a thing or two about camera definition and functionality from the NSW government. The link takes you to the Tweed Bar camera ... shits on anything Surfline has.

Liking Steve’s new year forecast, very much.
Staying a week down at Green Island. Methinks we may just score!
