This.
Earlier treatment is more effective than the same treatment done later on.

SE wind blew it out today. Much smaller than yesterday.

Poor Polebean! He lives in a place where building ENE groundswells don't exist.
Exposed beaches saw an increase from that angle to 3-4' by this afternoon.
Don't you worry shearer, we are all going to be surfing our tiny little minds out over the next week.

well you'll know in the next couple days. Your right knee as a goofy foot is susceptible to mid-ligament injury, ie ACL/PCL. Specially from landing shit. But if you can't feel anything right now it's probably ok.

funnily enough it was something I read on SN from Midget Farrelly that unlocked something today.
he was talking about Narrabeen's Col Smith and how his approach ushered in the era of back foot surfing.
I was thinking abut that in the water, not hard, just as a kind of background cognitive hum and then this divine wedge with a proper sparkling point break wall attached to it came my way.
Maybe the best backhand wave I've ever ridden.
when did you last think that Nick, or are your best days all behind you now?

Not me Boss. NE lights up Tama but there was no showing at midday. South East wind might be okay at Manly but that's about it. I must say the hoax calls have gone through the roof lately.

yeah, it felt deep in the knee, a kind of 5 or 6 out of ten pain twinge, then nothing.
feels totally fine now though.
I've been doing a lot of leg strength, mobility, stability work so maybe that helped.
lots of single leg deadlifts, Cossack squats, side carries etc etc
