i thought the fish thing had been back in vogue for a year, hence the firewire go fish?
Too slow if you ask me. But they'll still sell a few.
They aren't stupid. They put Rob on a fkn 5'2, he goes and shreds on it. Then average c&$ts try a size up from what robs on, find out its too small then get the size they actually need.
Buy two boards in the process.

Much cheaper to just get a $1,500 takayama single fin in comparison to the FW sizing merry go round!!!!

Not wrong. I got my waterskate back from PCC today. Went straight to the Point for a surf.
Goes awesome. Although the waves were beautiful. I could've been surfing a funny door and still had a ball. Pics to follow. Quiver seems steady at the moment. Will get a pic for the quiver thread soon.

Why must they vandalise that board with the flag decal. We are not countries, borders, currency or race. We are surfers, we are the ocean, we surf, no politics.

Of all the aesthetic atrocities going on with that board the flag is pretty low on the list, to be fair.

My beloved carver has suddenly developed little blisters in the paint on one side. Some can be scratched off but larger ones leave a spot. Fcuked if I know what happened to it. It's like it's got the pox.

Grant Miller has that on all his boards, but he now has the aboriginal flag next to the Australian flag. I think he is fairly proud at being a local (vs international machine/ghost) shaper. Much more support local industry than nationalist jingoism. At least that's the impression that I get, to quote the great Dicky Barrett.

Harsh.
Fair enough the photos are shite. I was freezing in the carpark and rushing to do the day care pick up.
