It sorta shitts me there’s dozens of local shapers that could knock up a great middy but here we are with CI and their marketing.

well the CI is designed by a world renowned mid length rider ...or 2 .....whereas the local guy could just be winging it to jump on a trend as far as I know. plus the marketing works....ie the Youtube videos. Im sold on the chilli just based on a 55 second video. 'Thats life.

Of course theres a pretty wide range of prices with the names listed.

Well there you go, around two dozen experienced shapers who could do you a midlength and very probably a bunch more not named.

I was having a natter to the guy who shapes the Keyos. He was surfing at Avoca with his son. Man those boards looked like they went well.
