Surf Vid Help - Underground Tapes 9... Warped

Hi guys, I was wondering if anybody knew the name of the band and the song on Underground Tapes 9 - Warped, at the start of the Best of Intakes and Outtakes, just after nugget does the promo (sort of) for the Mach 7-7.

I have recently baught the vid after not seeing it for 5 years and want to pick up the CD.

Gotta love those underground tapes
