ah shep ... i've had a few. hahasteve shearer wrote: ↑Fri Sep 08, 2023 7:29 pmWhat was the injury Braithy?crabmeat thompson wrote: ↑Fri Sep 08, 2023 3:29 pmi just got the all clear to start swimming 400m - i'll be back in the water surfing in 3-4 wks
i tore an ankle ligament off the bone in late 2020 that kept me out of the water for all of 2021.
i had no stability in the joint for like 10-11 months and couldn't stand on a surfboard all year. surfed all of 2022 with a brace on. so, she's all good now.
and that big cyclone swell up sunshine early this year - i tore a rotator cuff, only slightly (no surgery), but still - a bitch of an injury for a surfer, did some supraspinatous impingement as well. and then rehabbing that for about 3 months, they also found partially tore a bicep tendon. worst part i didn't do it surfing, it was a duckdiving injury ... somehow in the heat of the moment i thought i could duckdive a 10-foot, square wave
so dumb.
so i've been outta the water for the best part of 2 years it feels like. not all bad, with the ankle i kept paddling a clubbie board for fitness, and with the shoulder i've been running every other day.

Honest answer ... his eyes look both ways before crossing, didn't they

You aren’t the room Yuke You are just a wonky cafe table with a missing rubber pad on the end of one leg.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Not as deep as Al Byrne.
Maybe Dahlberg/Simon Anderson deep if you’ve seen any of their’s before.
