Just snapped this up.
6’2 x 20’ 5/8’x 2 7/16 - 33.7L
Will Webber Wing Yong. Sea fins, exact replica of JJ fins, but half price
First go out was waist high mush but still got a couple of backhand snaps and a close out reo in. Looking forward to seeing how it goes in decent surf

Hocked the McCoy off to pay for it. Liked the McCoy’s but I’m 15 kg down, too much of a boat now. Reckon they’re a bit dead in smaller waves too, needs to be four foot before it comes to life.

I would just to say hurray for modern surfboard making, it has somehow seen me into the best quivers of my life.
See below current cream of the crop for 2-5' surf (iggy scale; waist high to double overhead).
lil quiver2.jpg
From right to left:
5'11" Webber round pin deep concave thruster, G3 template phil way hand-foiled glass fins
5'11" Bushrat round carbon flextail deep concave, five box 4Way setup (better four I think)
5'10" MC round pin superconcave super Metro prototype, C-Drive small thruster setup
5'9" MC roundtail superconcave K-etro prototype (x-Kelly), C-Drive smalls
6'3" AB six channel concave pintail, usually with AB flat inside edge fin set
what have you got. I love the usual suspects but let's see some others too.
<surfboard goes here>

He’s pretending to be the pistil of a flower. Very good impersonation.

Did you try looking down ?

I love my Shadows, but I have squashes. I don't use them in good waves though, they are my fun boards. A surprising bottom end. Even waist high they are fun.

Reckon so. Should be a good voodoo board, or in anything with some punch to it. took it out later this arvo for a quick paddle. Only waist to shoulder high but enough to feel it’s like a fine blade. Should go sick

Yep, like the look of that. Give us a full report when you get it in some juice. I’m looking for something similar for reefs down here.

Thinking about grabbing this NPJ quartet from marketplace for $500. Never had a quad before.
