Nah. Have wanted too. Same for The Solomons. Know very little about the waves in both places, yet there's other things that interest me. Stems as for the surf - I'm very ignorant. In reality, my window is closed and just about deadbolted. If it was possible, I'd do a little research and just go. A long time ago it wasn't easy or cheap to get there. Randomly came across an army guy who'd done service in the Solomons who raved about it. Except for Honiara where the shit was happening. He dived and seemed to know what good waves were. Aplenty he said

Haven't been but I've got a mate who works there and would know the surfing setups.

From what I’ve heard it’s mainly shallow offshore reefs.
Anyone remember an old DVD called Jungle Jetset?
That had Johnny Boy Gomes and crew hitting the Cook Islands and Tonga.

I found this about the surf…… https://rainbow-villas.com/surfingpost/
Not sure if there’s direct flights yet, still looking into it. If not, it could be a deal breaker, too expensive and too much hassle with limited time.

I'd say you have a decent chance of getting a cyclone and stuck inside.
