Camera Protection in the tropics

Hey guys,

im heading an island a couple of degrees south of the equator in december and im going to take my underwater digital camera setup.

staying in bungalows so no air con, so i was wondering if there are any ways of protecting my camera from the humidity that is obviously going to be there?
