Although one should never be happy about crap surf - at the moment I am fairly OK with the crap run of waves.
It has been 10 days since knee reconstruction surgery - and i havent missed anything!
Only 170 days to go before i am back in the water - so if huey really likes me and doesnt give a sh*t abou the rest of you it will remain crap!!!

Try working away from the coast at a stinking hot dusty festering gold mine for 9 days at a time when you know its pumping at home and your w@nker mates keep ringing and texting and emailing you telling you how good it is and how its been pumping since you left and then as your stint comes to a close checking the weather and swell reports to see the forecasts for your 5 days at home are going to be onshore and flat.
At least a 1 foot slop session beats being out here guys.
The only waves you get out in the West Aussie Goldfields are the heat waves.
At least its only 39 degrees today...

Sorry if I sound bitter and twisted guys, grumble grumble mutter spit.....

Soon to be ending a 4 month stint away from the water. Gots no board at the moment but two on order and will probably grab a third off the shelf so I can jump straight on anything as soon as I can. It's all I can think about at the moment.

1-2ft slop? The first chance I get watch me froth up like a madman all the way across the beach then proceed to fall off consistently for the next 3 hours. :)
