Carcinogen free sunscreens are redly available ... but at 76 years old your biggest challenge would be trying to remember where you left it.
The moving finger writes and having writ moves on ... now all thy piety nor wit shall lure it back to cancel even half a line ... nor all thy tears wash out a single word of it.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

I mainly rely on a physical barrier, there's lots of good things available for both cool andvwarmer climes. It easy in winter with wetsuits and various head coverings

Doesn't help your face. The sun reflects off the water.
Everywhere else I agree with you.
It's only my face I'm concerned about.

Re: Sun Screen
Reflection is an issue, but I found that the sunlight that hit my face occurred mostly when I wore baseball style caps - it was getting in from the sides. When I wear larger brimmed hats (theres a few that are a fair bit larger than most) its not nearly as much of an issue
