I was in Delaware a couple of years ago. Just missed it. Nowhere near the coast but you can’t be too careful.
We need clarification on what that particular body of water is called.

Why do all the maps call the beach in between emerald and the back beach “Shelley”, but all the locals call the back beach Shelley in regards to surfing?
