not sure why, but they deleted my comments about crocs

i go fishing up in those creeks with a guide that is also a part time croc catcher.
he knows the names of all the crocs, how big they are and showed me many of them.
i had a couple of them take an interest in my popper lures while chasing GT'S

My mate has also rescued a few kayakers over the years that have had crocs follow them.

so this guy starts up a SUP tour of the rivers and creeks around cairns / daintree?

im no croc expert, but it sounds kinda crazy to me.

considering when i went fishing there, the guide was telling me where a dog was taken recently, showed me another croc, and another one and a big mother of one on the mobray river under the main road bridge...

crocs aren't like sharks

I was up in Port Douglas about two weeks ago and watched a 3 metre salty swim along 4 mile beach only about 10 metres from shore!

To plagiarise a little.

"She paddled away on a sunny summer day
On the back of a crocodile
"You see," said she, "he's as tame as tame can be,
I'll ride him for a while"

The croc winked his eye as she bade them all goodbye
Wearing a happy smile
At the end of the ride, the lady was inside,
And the smile was on the crocodile!
Jaffa, I'm opinionated, and I'm sometimes right. So?
