Ok, I'll stop it here on your thread NC.

However, I hearby swear a solemn oath to throw a shaka to every realsurfer at least once if we meet in the flesh.

For those of you unfortunate enough to have met me already, you're safe, I wont be going for retrospective meeting shakas.

Should I change my username to "ShakaBrah"

Do it Jet01. Enjoy yourself.

Look you guys, thanks for everything. I've really enjoyed most of my time contributing to Realsurf. Sadly, even after almost a year and a lot of fun in between, it remains a toxic place for me. I think maybe it's time to draw up this thread and move on. I'll ask trev or don or whomever to archive it for future use in case any of the crew can use some of the information contained in it.

Arrivederci and don't be a stranger if we bump into each other in the water.

Thanks Nick, got some great free insight into board design and Hawaii. Good luck and keep the surfing to 80 and beyond dream alive. Shame the site is giving you the shits just now as I've leant lots of things on this thread and also wanted to see how many boards you were going to keep in the garage board reviews as well. All the best and you know Manly are screwed without a decent pack for a while, maybe you can become a mystery writer on the One Eyed Eagle. Maybe just have summer off and get back in the RS cespool for next NRL season.

Thank you very much Nick, it was a most interesting read. Hope you got something out of it as well.

If you get to try out a McCoy one day, I'd still like to know what you think about it.

Ciao! I'm out of here, too.

Thanks Nick for persevering with all our questions, even the silly ones, and answering them insightfully. I must stop to say hello if I see you when I'm around the Newport area.

Thanks for answering my newbie questions Nick. The last board I got was from Newport but I didn't surf there after picking it up. I'll say hi if I see you in a yoga class.

That's too bad Nick. Try and make it back for the Tard Finals though. We need you as a judge.
