Four foot plus near perfect peaks rolling through south/mid Maroubra. Bagged dozens. The 6’2 Will Webber was a great purchase.

Classic conditions this arvo and not that crowded before the work crew hit.

Got some sick ones on the hand plane. IN THE FLAGS WITH NOBODY ELSE THERE. AT BONDI

Bit full from the high tide, but plenty of swell, not much wind and 30 degrees at 6pm meant a good sesh.

Water was warm this arvo. Some brown jelly blubbers about

Not me but 525 waves in 30 hours................and there is a world record for this ??

Surfed Sunshine Beach yesterday and this morning.
Yesterday was shit onshore rubbish.
Today was clean and uncrowded. Mate and I had adjoining peaks to ourselves.
Two other mates made the trek over to A Bay.

Bondi. Park around the back on second run though. Crowded and rippy with a mal comp on and a dropping tide. Pretty packed with novices. Was going to bail but ended up finding a reforming rip bowl or three.
The introduction of these beneficial reforms improved my surf.

Small but fun sized south Maroubra reef and beachies. Saw Skip and AJ out there. AJs got an angry kick-out style, I’m a fan of it

Haven’t yet but after not seeing surf for 3 weeks I’m gonna get a board and have a crack. It’s messy but looks like there’s the odd section. It looks 2-3ft but hard to really tell from above.

His kick-out makes you think someone dropped in on him and he is about to paddle back out and punch on!

Don’t think so. Seems more like he’s not gonna brother with cutbacks once the wave dies out, he’d sooner just kick out and catch the next bowl coming through. Which seems to the point, but it’s an angry looking kick out all the same

Had a bash this morning. Worse than it looked. Some smaller ones breaking on the bank but the big ones were already shutting down on high tide.

Sounds like that AJ guy can’t turn.

Did you get out there? Looks like that corner has potential
