back in Perth Cranked?

Yep. Its a 150k round trip to the place I usually surf, and its now packed with longboards and and SUPs. In the 90s it was shortboards only, what has our world become?

The SUP riders are a plague visited on our earth by a wrathful god, they are the ISIS of the surfing world. Fortunately this plague has not spread to the bukit as yet. In that garden of Eden original sin is not yet manifest, and the sharks lie down with the lambs.

Had a swim at Watsons Bay. Neilsen Park was off the scale. Went past Bondi which looked inviting but dead flat and really crowded. Tama if you had softie. Great to not be going anywhere when the surf is this bad.

Jumped in just to wash a hot day of working around the house off at about 630 tonight - got pounded on way out stuck on the edge of the gutter and wore a dozen on the head. Lumpy disjointed and only rode 2 waves,but only two walkers on 3km of beach made for a peaceful cool down. Sets were about head high (but closing out.)

Yesterday was head high. Stick your web cams though
