I have an almost identical kneelo to that at home. Bought it at Byron Surf in the early 1990's for about $100. Many were shaped by well-regarded Aussie kneelo champ Dave Parkes ......... I haven't ridden my kneelo for many years but just can't bear to sell it.

I've often wondered about the advantages of a Kneeboard over a booger, or visa-versa.
Surely a kneeboard, having a fin/fins would have more down the line drive and control?

I got given an old flax tail kneeboard like this, but with crazy belly channels and chined rails




put a set of plugs in to ride it as a twin fin stand up, as the fin box is way too far up the board. It works, sort of. I only rode it twice at the point and it was a bit too hectic to feel really safe on considering how crowded it gets. The problem is how wide old knee boards are.

be interesting on a walled up 4 foot point with no one out, I suspect it would be insanely fast.
