That's why they call it slotted - sick shots mate. You must've had a huge lense on to grab those.

Excellent bastardos - great sequence from a great angle .... also shows you don't have to get close or have a mega lens to take really cool surf pics (looks like they're shot with a 200mm lens or thereabouts - which lens freaks would consider too small) ...

.... with a touch of tweaking in photoshop and in high resolution they'd look a treat ....

I was paddling out past the guy when it happened, the redheaded bloke. He got quite a few better barrels than that though lads, 2 water photographers may prove me correct

Though it looks like there was at least four who were contemplating it, not including the surf ski. What were those two longboarders way out on the shoulder in shot 5 thinking?

Great sequence. Like the way the wave jacks on the inside. That guy really can ride. Shame about the pack.
