Hip replacement. Still on a walking stick and not stable enough for the water movement. Hydro pool is tops! Gravity sucks.

My GP, our age, an avid triathlete, had one last year. 2 months later he was back competing/
I have 80 ...90 yr old clients with recent ones done who are back doing the cha cha with consumate aplomb.
You'll be chasing down bombs in no time.

Probably the smallest surf I’ve ever had today.

Surfed 5.30-7 and my wave in was the only good one.
Still worth it though.

I had super fun out there yesterday arvo.
no-one out when I paddled out- quickly joined by 4 blokes.
I mean, it was crappy, but fun little runners on a mid.
I caught a shiteload of waves.
