quick update on super Dazz... Just spoke to a very positive and VERY strong wife..!! Dazza’s lungs are clearing up slowly but surely. Only a little infection left in the bottom part of his lungs. But he apparently had his full face mask off last night, which is good. Front stitches come out hopefull...

4 - 10 + 12 is Sally Fitzgibbon I've said it before and i'll say it again, she's going to be the next layne, in fact i think she will be much better. Shes a state touch footy rep, ran in the youth olympics, and won, and shes also very intelligent, she even topped her year at kiama high , last year....

quick answers...! you are dehydrated and lacking essential salts/minerals get yourself some pottasium and or magnesium/calcium supplements.! 'natures own' do a good version of each.. i use em... bout $13 for 100 tabs i think.. take one or 2 daily also cramps can be caused by a lack of stored taurine...
