After coming back from (actual) Mexico I have really struggled with getting the gear on to surf. Now ski season is done I guess I have to suck it up.

My next jacket will probably be a Rab. I'm a little more focused on venting and breathability for touring and riding in warm weather. Mammut also has great options. Mavericks is a decent slab.

Riding in this sunny California weather is weird, I ordered some new warm weather wax because this stuff just gets so slow and sticky.
Can't use the fluoro stuff anymore for environmental reasons, which is a pity. I still have at least a kilo of it, and it's amazing.

Seems like some minor damage to the tendon and muscle but no fracture. Was fine yesterday when I headed back to the hills and met up with Grooter*

Much of that section is going to be isolated when the highway gets breached.

I'd look into the erosion projections before buying there. Though it is better off than a lot of the north shore.
