I agree with Ric. The only other factor not mentioned apart from how old is how flexible are you? Some people are way more flexible than others and that flexibilty decreases with age. Its the biggest limitation on board size I reckon. thanks ric thats my main prob, im not that great in flexibility....

Best of the budget steamers?
I need a wetty to get me through winter. I have put on some beef, approx 105kg and size 42 waste. (big mofo)
im 6ft2.
dont want to over invest as i will likely go from an xl to a l next year.
