Forget litres, just get around a 7’6 with a bit of foam out to the rails. This could be the best advice in surfing for anyone from a beginner to expert. I’ve had some great firewires over the years.
The best of them was the 7’2 seaxe. Loved it.

Has anyone has any experience with the Soulty Surf brand coming out of soul surf in Brookvale? They look like the Sanctum branded boards.
There’s an 8’2 that looks like fun, 550. Cheap like a budgie.
Looks like the sanctum magic carpets, but with a tear drop concave which I’m after.

Seems hard to find clips of people riding 8-8’11 boards specifically. Well, if the videos are there, they aren’t tagged to draw attention to the actual board length.
I found one clip of an 8ft comp down Ulladulla way, but it was nothing to right home about.

I’ve always ridden a longboard. In my opinion there’s just no other choice in 1-2ft peeling high tide beachies.

I’m 5’10 and 80kgs. Been riding a 7’7 PCC singlefin fin for just over five years. Keen on getting something that sits in between my 9’0 epoxy pop out.
