Why wouldnt just shape a foam core? Given mals aint exacly high-performance.... even if you got it wrong you'd never no it when riding 2ft shit I beg to differ . . . your argument is like saying that gliders are not high performance therefore their design doesn't matter. . just fundamentally untrue...
