I don't fit in anywhere......grew up in Newport, learned to surf at Avalon and Palmy, now live at Cronulla (10 years). I am known to lots of Cronulla surfers, but still get nods of recognition if I travel North to my roots. What am I, a blow-in to everwhere and local to no where? I love this thread,...

UPDATE FOR ME: Just picked up a 9'4" Dino Miranda Suftteck.
In my first surf on it, I went from HATING IT and wanting to cry, to thinking I might get used to it.

Hey ya, going good dude. I have been busy being a Mum, haven't logged on here for an age. Surfing heaps tho as Hubby has been off a bit, so he looks after the little surfer girl while I get to go out.
