Mal Comp on at Bondi today taking up one bank. Another slow lumpy bank had 50+ intermediate surfers running into each other. Including one pile up involving a dad on a foamy pushing his very small son onto a little bump and both getting run over by some other kook.

Well it sure feels like Summer. One of the advantages of coming from the North Coast is Im used to this kind of heat. Southerly Buster due tonight.

Murphoyres I think I vaguely remember. Main farming families I knew were Pritchards, Juliuses of course, Stainlays who were some of my surf buddies and the Hawkies Transport Business. I wasn’t really up with the rugger buggers and farming dudes. Some of the crew at the beach had fathers who worked ...

Never heard it called Foysters Reef. Cudgen RZ and Dilliginghams ran the sand mining. Not saying these dudes weren’t involved but never heard of them.
