Hot Tuna, no less.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Uncanny as it resembles the board I was using yesterday. Only it had belly channels and fin-box for the centre fin.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
wooo bumpy slabby fun awkward play surf again today, 3-5' and semi clean for a while before the SE showed up
testing two boards, 5'10" and 5'11", same outlines and tails, quite different foils and bottom shapes, fascinating to try to pick apart the effects. I have another one to test, the one I thought of writing about on Beachgrit, nothing like these two. I feel a little sceptical of it for various reasons but I wanna give it a serious opportunity so will have to wait, maybe for approaching ESE swell

pretty soft down the coast. No oompa in the swell at all. 2 foot windswell with some wonk in it but relatively clean with light s/w wind.

Windy gutless shitt here.
I want Nightclub Dwight dead in his grave I want the nice-nice up in blazes
Re: Where did you surf today ?
I had fun. Only 5 guys out, big sweep but took the big wide paddle back out. Seemed to luck in to a set every time. Took 4 and I was done.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Mid-south maroubra. Overhead and fairly punchy on the inside bank. Backwashing pitchy take off with some fun peaks on offer. Surfed the 80’s thruster.
Watched some nervous looking dweeb on a SUP try and edge into a set, then get pelted straight into the trough and get an absolute hiding.
Who says there’s no interventionist god.

He had zero surf awareness or skills whatsoever. He well and Truly got what he deserved.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Five surfs in the last six days. Three different spots.
All fun.
But today I lucked into two consecutive "from out the back, all the way to the beach" waves which raised the enjoyment factor to the next level.
After the second, my 70 year old shoulders cried "enough".

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.
