It's not about the change crabby, I've changed my tune as well.
It's about not being able to comprehend Steve's view when you held even more extreme views not too long ago.
lol ... not too long ago? broskis, that was longer than a decade, maybe a decade and a half ago. are you saying shearer is 15 years behind my own evolution and growth as a human?
steve is a romanticist about the old ways, simpler times, and the simplistic purity of life and nature. of which as a surfer sharks are a part of. he's anti establishment and abhors monkey's in the cube, rats in the maze and people living a shallow existence all for the man.
so absolutely, i cannot comprehend steve's take on sharks. i'm curious about if steve has ever reflected about any of this?
the king, tried to coax him into a little introspection here:
I’m sorry steve but aren’t you the bloke that wangs on constantly about the absolute purity of pristine wilderness? Surely shark nets are the oceanic equivalent of the Enclosure Act?
but steve after playing the man for a bit, curiously called a timeout and left.
for me none of this is personal. steve's like fam to me. a kindred even, so i'm wildly curious and eager to comprehend his view
