anyway, don;t care much for so called "pre-workout" shit but I'm all for plant-derived nootropics for general wellbeing.
Not chem ones.

Within the neurocognitive domain;

* for percetual motor function: Ginko biloba
* langage, learning and memory : Bacopa monnieri
* social cognition : Withania somnifera - Ashawagandha

Best PDNs for quick results : Salvia officinalis/lavandufolia & Panax , Ginseng/quinquefolius
Best PDN for overall brain health : Curcuma longa - Tumeric
Best PDN for fatigue : Rhodiola rosea

All these have been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine.
