yeah, pretty much. That Parmenter is glassed to last and a solid board which I love but it's just a bit too much for her to handle.buddy wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 12:50 pmI’m guessing the parmenter became yours and not hers (as intended), Steve?
This board looks alright

Re: Midlengths
That Vouch Nuevo looks nice, but not for $1600 odd. Ridiculous.
Re: Midlengths
What length?
7’2?
7’2?
Re: Midlengths
Yes. Like riding on air. But have replaced 7 inch single with 6 1/2 raked and smaller sides. Much better. Works best in 4ft to 2ft.
Re: Midlengths
Mine are 6.5” with 4” sides I think. Centre clustered fwd.
Re: Midlengths
Same. I was using larger upright 4 sides but grabbed smaller raked sides and freed the back up somewhat. Pushed the single up as well
Re: Midlengths
I’m 5’10 and 80kgs.
Been riding a 7’7 PCC singlefin fin for just over five years.
Keen on getting something that sits in between my 9’0 epoxy pop out.
Thinking about a 8’6 Firewire special T or an 8’8 the gem.
Anyone had any experience with said boards/lengths and how was the nose ride experience
I’m not expecting to be able to get ten over or anything too fancy. Just good comfortable time in the front 2ft of the board with good manoeuvrability off the tail. Will have side bites
