My mate had one. Very fast board, surfed like a hopped up twinny with a tad more projection tho less pivot thru turns

Quartet in action. Could be a board that looks like it’s nice to ride but, doesn’t impress the gallery. Good.

Flat under the front foot into a subtle double concave. All about the fins

I think they’d be great.
Seen local guys surf them from 1ft to pumping and look really good.

My magical Outer Island go-to is getting long in the tooth, so I'm retiring the Champ and bringing in this bad boy

Interesting little bit of history here from Paul Gravelle.
Surfed with Paul for years out at Cactus, he still surfs like a grommet.

Just had a look at the bottom contours
Fish has a flat rocker with subtle single to double and flat exit after the rear fin.
Short has a nice balance good wave rocker with single concave all the way that is really deep between the middle and the fins.

I know, the model is Hazfish.
I would call it a shortboard groveller.
