Ha!
This will bring some abuse....
Never mind.
I have a DAG-RTM 14.9 ft Midway kayak with Bic paddle and backrest and Bending branches carbon , adjustable, 2 piece paddle I'd like to swap for a big SUP like an NSP 11'er.
Want to paddle on calm water with kids on board.
Would be a better platform for taking the kids as easy for them to jump on and off while in the water.
See Ebay add for full specs/reviews...

Great kayak to paddle offshore and as a fishing platform that doesn't paddle like a house brick.

Re: Swap kayak for SUP
Yep! Seen them.
Trouble with the kayak was unweildy to put on the roofracks being almost 15' long and 23 kgs.
It's gone to a new home and now have a sup for the family to use in the calm waterways around the coast.
Stoked because the missus loves paddling it too.
As a side note once I was doing serious research into sups its a fact that most of them are pop outs from Asia.
Luckily Noosa surfworks do their Laguna bay handshaped sups by Tully and so bought a locally made board.
Doing my bit to keep the local surf industry afloat.
