Oh, surfs good. It’s just an aesthetic thing on my part. Kind of long body motion. He looks good in some surf.

I'm back surfing again! I've been waiting for that session when everything falls back together again and I got it this morning.

Surf report detail indicated 10am would be the best time to hit it (tide, wind and swell all wrong earlier).

So that's when I hit it... no-one else out!

Sets were head to a bit overhead. With no distractions I was dropping in, hard of the bottom, hard off the top, pump and race down the line. My 7'4 McCoy loved it, easy to turn and generate speed... finally back to surfing again.

Three hour session, only one other out and plenty of room and waves for both of us. I caught about 20 waves, every one of them good.

After I'd paddled in and climbed the stairs up the cliff I could see about a dozen out, conditions still perfect.

Thanks jimmy, I was beginning to think it wasn't going to happen!

It was a bit like a switch was thrown. I'd been riding mals a lot and my reflexes were sort of deadened, suddenly the whole muscle and spatial memory was triggered in an instant! Like we're really not riding a mal, we can do this, and that, and this as well!!!. Let's get down, jam a rail and start surfing again, let's hit the white water and come down with it, etc etc..

That was a good watch. Any idea what Craig Anderson does for a living? He's been around a while now. Still surfing beautifully and charging.

Talking to yourself there, Beans? Pretty much all home owners are millionaires these days. So Jamie owning a house at Pipe is sorta a no brainer.
