this looks good for $525. webber apple (tamed down version of the banana rocker board)

https://sideways.com.au/webber-apple-shortboard/
The problem with the Sideways boards is that they are hit and miss in terms of build quality because they’re all made in Bali.

The freeflight i got over two years ago is still holding up well. $525 is pretty tempting for that thing. Looks like a nice step up

No not The Real Surfer but The Ultimate Surfer.............from the media announcement:

American television broadcaster ABC has announced the cast of their new surfing competition series The Ultimate Surfer. Former NFL quarterback Jesse Palmer and season 5 star of The Bachelor is set to host the surf competition series. Sports anchor Erin Coscarelli and the iconic voice of professional surfing Joe Turpel will serve as commentators. Eleven-time surfing world champion Kelly Slater is the lead consultant and also serves as a special correspondent.

And there's more:

Alliances and rivalries will be front and center in "The Ultimate Surfer" as men and women compete in individual and team challenges focused on specific surfing disciplines. Weekly eliminations will leave two men and two women as finalists who will vie for the male and female titles of the The Ultimate Surfer and the opportunity to compete on the elite WSL Championship Tour, the pinnacle of professional surfing.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

I've noticed that dudes who sit in their car and watch the waves with binoculars are the least likely to actually paddle out.

Hi all!
I have no idea where to ask this, the surf scene is pretty weak in my area so I went online to ask.
Whats the best type of fin the weak mushy messy small summer waves for a thruster set up? I think a large or even extra fins with inside foil, or a set of keels?

Nice one Nilaul! Where in Greece do you surf? Or is the only wave at 3pm, when the big ferry passes each day? I worked that out on Paros. Would drive there and wait for it, right on time a 2 footer would hit the beach.

Yes, Lebanon and Israel too. I think Egypt too (just judging by how I see the swell going on the Mediterranean swell charts). Where not a "still" lake like many think or like the photos keep showing.

I use large foiled futures with a high number. Something from this range would be appropriate: https://futuresfins.com.au/pages/blackstix
So I reckon a large foiled fcs2 should do the same job? Something from the performer series?

How fccckn awkard and funny was it when Uncle Lenny told Joel Turpel that the local aboriginal people don;t want the WSL back on rottnest again. Joel then said "awesome!!!' and gives him the double shakas. Couldnt script that.
