About 15, but can be down to about 11 depending on the upwellings and if you're near a canyon.

I'm in a 3/2 with 3mm booties.
The booties aren't really necessary most days but I'm getting used to them before winter and I have poor circulation in my back foot from a few injuries.

Pretty poor endurance on the longer paddles.

But I've been doing some trampolining and kettlebells between meetings so my shoulders and core are better than they've been for a while.

Do push ups holding one of your kettle bell handles. Great for the craw

Jumping on a trampoline. It's remarkable how quickly it gets the heart rate up.
Especially as I hurt my neck on one. No more backflips.

As an adult how the fuck can you stand being on one of those things for more then 30 seconds, when we got one for my kids they used to beg me to go onw with them. Made me feel like shit.
