There's these lovely little waist to chest high peelers coming through the Alex Mal Club Winter Classic comp area.
Pretty flat everywhere else.

You aren’t the room Yuke You are just a wonky cafe table with a missing rubber pad on the end of one leg.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Hammies really sore. I think the term is awareness.
Shoulder is aching, got a solid bump grabbing a loose ball.
Not sure why I thought it would be a good idea.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
I’ve been hitting the pastries, toasties and chocolate. I’m calling it a fat spell.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
See how that volcom copes.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Sounds like fun tbh.
Nah, still just DOMS
Awareness would be once the doms are gone and you go for a run and you can feel a bit of a niggle in an area of one of the hammies but not quite a full on tear.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
Went for a low tide walk along the local beaches.
So much sand been dumped over the reef sections.
Maybe the most I've seen on some sections.
Will be interesting when we get some swell.
Can't tell if theres still offshore banks or not still but we haven't had nearshore banks for over 3 years.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
Played old blokes afl. It’s where you go to relive your youth, but end up doing a calf, hammy, or at worst, have a heart attack.
Re: Where did you surf today ?
One of my clients was big on seniors AFL.
Had a collision contesting the ball.
Broken cheek bone, two broken ribs and forearm.
That settled him down for a while.
