Yeh, that doesn’t sound too balmy.
How were the waves?
Head high and clean. Bit gutless but ok

To tell the truth eggs are one thing I avoid buying when I’m grocery shopping. So you may say I’m an intermittent egg buyer who usually lets someone else buy them.

Couple of factors
Daylight hours are 4-5 hours less than summer which condenses the crowd.
South swells limit the breaks compared to east swells which condenses the crowd.
Not sure abut the first point, deffo agree with the second one.

Another day of pristine 3 foot beach break barrels in warm water under blue skies.
Minimal crowd, spread out.

Wonoona, half the size of yesterday with an offshore west wind strong enough to blow you to New Zealand. Tough work paddling a potato chip pyzel into it  still fun but I’d rather onshore winds than strong offshore white-capped conditions like that.

Big swells today and great conditions. Out of my league. Tow in at Ben Buckler. No one out at Wedding Cake but it’s breaking.

Nother beautiful day, beautiful sunshine and waves.
Banks are trashed at my regular locals or today’s swell not hitting the right so surfed the local b grade point.
Solid sets, me and one other guy taking turns.
And boardies no vest again.

Had a bash after pissing around all morning getting a pink slip for the car. Tide too low. Looks good for tomorrow though.

Very lacklustre performance today. There were waves but the rip kept changing direction and the waves were either too small to break or too big for the banks. Picking a middle size one that didn’t close out was tricky. One of those surfs where you get out and see a much better Bank was a couple of paddles away from where you wasted your time. Nice and warm in the water.

Yesterday out at "Porpoise Spit". 2-4', no wind all day. 2-4 other people out. nice long rides, but too many late takeoffs and lobster diving.
you could hear whales blowing as they swam past. magic!
and a seal turned up...really stank the place up. but I was the only one who could smell it.

7 surfs in the last 8 days.
Nothing really big but nice clean conditions from first light every day.
