Thought he’d be prepping over in Hawaii for his Rookie CT year.

There's an international club championship at snapper sometime around now, could be there for that?

Was an insanely high standard of surfing.

Had a fun little surf this morning. Basically on my own for a couple of waves before a few paddled over from the main bank everyone was surfing. Serious surfers were down the south end.
If you picked the right wave and made a quick drop followed by a turn and fade you could link it up with the Shorey.

Took the webby channel bottom out.
Modern boards are so easy in comparison, but once I worked it out it was so fun. Fun doing 90s, noughties lines.

Rip was super strong this morning. Hard work. Last wave made the surf worthwhile.
I will get fit if I keep this up.

Fun little reef break peak on the Bass coast.
Surfed the rights.
Playful 3-4 footers allowing 4-5 turns a wave.
Pretty crowded but a beautiful afternoon on a long weekend.
More than half the crowd was flotsam so easy to get waves.

Not sure exactly.
Comfortable in the short arm axxe.
Would be fine in boardies and 2mm top now the sun is up but was a bit fresh, the air, this morn.

Too much swell for the banks this morning. Only the little ones showing good form. Nice conditions. All and sundry bobbing in the breakers. Pretty frustrating. I will be glad when kids go back to school.
