Got banged up on the rocks today.

kept feeling this sticky shitt around my feet and realised it was blood (while I'm sitting at desk).

Bumpy 3 foot swell but then the high tide just swallowed it up.

4-6ft slabbing beachies.
Finally tested my 7’1 gunther.
Overgunned but wanted to try it and good to cheat after hardly surfing.
Was a bit wobbly on a few.
Good paddler
Holds a good line in the barrel.
Rocker saves you on steep takeoffs despite its length.
Didn’t get a chance to do a top turn.
Few of the local boys got some really deep ones.
