Some great looking lefts coming through right next to the flags every 15 minutes or so. Good luck trying to nab one. Ended up getting a few in the middle but nothing in that league.

I've been zig zagging back and forth between my 6'6"Desert Storm and a 5'8" Twinny all week and fucking myself up.


today the 6'6" was about perfect.

waited all day, having some really good chats on the headland.

it was a good vibe day in the water and on the land.

3 bomb sets.

Some fun fairly chunky beach breaks about. Felt like the swell pulsed at little a couple of hours ago

I can tell you on good authority that Greenie wasn’t 1-2 ft this morning. And certainly wasn’t “poor to fair”

Today was the best surf I’ve seen on the GC since last winter.

Had a ball this arvo on the foamy catching some big lumps peeling right through to the beach. Unexpected fun.

I did so much surfing this weekend.
Managed 5 full sessions and I still managed to fit a full day of work in on Saturday.

I went to a party last night and got wrecked.
got a few today with a wretched hangover but had to sit the late session out. looked really good.

Waves were ridiculous all weekend. I reckon the late out the front there were solid 6ft plus sets coming through and I was on my own! Today was smaller but still a few. Sands doing some funny things.

Rented a board and surfed this beachbreak just south of Hua Hin this morning. Head-high sets, a handful of friendly Thai surfers in the water for a couple of hours, pretty fun!
