Web site help needed

I am looking for someone to do work on my site, I want to be able to send regular updates to be uploaded, need it done regularly, maybe once a week or fortnight....want to pay in surfboards ( but negotiable ) and someone experienced preferably and reliable is a must ....if you know of someone or if you are able, please let me know... am also asking at my sons high school soon to see if any keen groms can do it...thanks 8)
