Macquarie University weather assessment:
Sorry kids, We've just run our experimental models which have been "dead on" so far this year and there is nothing coming! The storm horizon looks bleak at best!! Get used to nothing but windswell.
My personal opinion as well as many classmates who have been following this is; surf for this year looks doomed!!! Also, we used swellnet as an intro to this class. That site is pretty solid.
later on!

this is forecasted for the 19th, if this stays to plan we should see some long range, significant groundswell.

The other long range charts are suggesting some sort of deepening tropical low in the Coral sea for around the 19th. I would post the chart but i can work out how to put the image in.
Heres hoping for the first proper ENE swell of the summer!!
