Finless boards are just like boogie boards. . . possibly faster than the regular multi finned boards which have the handicap of toed in fins and/or slow reverse rockers, but probably not faster than what I'm building. Surfermag did some gps speed tests and found that finless boogie boards were fast...

used to allways get up before dawn and surf as the sun came up, now though am getting a bit lazy and can't be buggered...
Though, on the odd good day still get up a few hours before dawn and head to the Ox for the early (three hours drive) and then head to work for a lunch time start..

My fave pic of sunset would have to be one where tc is duck diving an 8'+ board under a heaving pitching lip...farken classic!
