Im never really sure what the point of an egg is at the range you are talking about. Wouldn't that basicly be a single fin minimal? With a fish or a bonzer or a quad or whatever, you can at least try and get something that does something better than your bog standard short board, but I don't see wha...

Some of those girls surf pretty well i reckon. Surfer girls i know (who are as dedicated as anyone else) take alot of inspiration & learn alot from watching the prosurfer girls.

Apparently there is 20% more points up for grabs for this event than the rest of the events on the tour. Seems a bit odd. would make more sense if it was an epic wave or something. whats that about?

Ive Got a 6'2" x 21" x 2 7/16 thruster small waves board. It goes great for tiny stuff but it isn't so thick you can't surf it if the waves are a little bigger than you thought when you left home. M5's. They look like they would do the job. I weigh just under 70kgs and its a 6'2", so plenty of board. It just feels too light. still good though, just squirrls around a bit.

I've got an afterburner tuflite, its a great little beach break board but it seems to lack a sense of direction untill youve got it going.
