ive surfed sunset at a proper 15 feet with rogue 20 feet sets, and that didnt faze me at all- although i did have a 9'6 Rhino Gun. I wouldnt put a limit on myself, but maybe Mavericks at 20 feet+ would begin to get a bit spooky. Come on slidsey, after 12' Sunset is nothing but a mass of whitewater ...

Which of you guys ride traditional longboards and actively ensure you cross-step always when riding? I mostly longboard a 9'2 x 23 1/4 x 3" - flat as a door, 50 / 50 rails, rides like a treat! Have been practicing my cross-stepping for many years and make sure i never shuffle on the board! ;) I do....

I agree Puerto is unbelievable. We tend to not venture over to the americas as much as we should on surf missions. funny that phil w - because alex knost, tom wagener, dane peterson, belinda baggs, thomas campbell etc were all in bondi about 1mth ago and logged for 3 days straight - they were touring for Sprout and they certainly didnt make it over your way! ;) We did actually surf in the North of Sydney and a ...
