You must have done a lot of reading and digesting in a short time then. But hindsight reading is different to the lived experience on realsurf of interacting with others so if you weren't there at the time, while you are entitled to your opinion, it is hard to respect it. 100%. Came on to inflate his ego and be worshipped. Lots of psychological falls, he told, you listened. Stuff he’d never dream of saying to his surfing peers etc..his payment was his sharing minor celebratory with the dross of the surfing world. Normal surfers. Humility wasn’t his strong point. While interesting at times it appears to me Nick Carroll is a complete narcissist, you must surf good to scare him into calling you “competent”
