Re: Surf fitness
What do you think of massage versus stretching...for some reason I find massage way more beneficial, but is that just in my head, or would science back that up? Massage is good, but I've got no idea how it can reprogram the preprioseptive response so that range of motion can be increased. The only ...

Here's a bit more detail http://breakingmuscle.com/mobility-recovery/stretching-doesnt-work-the-way-you-think-it-does It was my yoga teacher here in Chiang Mai who took all this stuff as read that alerted me t...

I never leave the bukit, everywhere else is a foreign country to me, I'm just relying on hearsay and rumor as to what goes on elsewhere

Re: Indo suggestions
All of Indo pretty much sucks as a family destination I reckon. Mrs Cranked also refuses to go there. The whole SE corner is pretty non-functional.

Re: Indo suggestions
If its a family thing its about keeping the wife and kids happy. If your kids are too young to surf then there's not much for them to do outside of Bali. In Bali the big resorts with multiple pools and child minding are the go if they are young, otherwise its stuff like organised bike rides, rafting...

Any tips on how to unscrew a Philips head fin screw that has been stripped? Serious question ring parramatta police station and tell them you just took control of a city bus, and if the bus goes below 70km an hour, the bus will blow up. praise allah, and hang up the phone. just wait patiently where...

I'd love to go, but just the cost of petrol is more than an airfare to Indo, plus, there's no cheap mango smoothies, banana honey pancakes, beautiful semi-naked euro sex goddesses littering the beach, the daily fee's are more than the cost of an AC room, and who the fcuk is going to clean up my tent...
