Amongst the close outs (the banks are cooked at my local) a couple of nice waves.

Spent my lunch break watching the end of greeny through Cooly. What a wave. Watched a bit on the cams - 25 guys at a time going out behind the rocks, the quality of surfing was just so high (and I am watching a long distance cam), surfers doing the lap. It certainly is a wave when its on. But geez ...

Well got out in the mucky water but swell too straight for my spot.

Was southside and the Bommie at Bare Island seemed to be working but pretty gnarly in that wind - a couple of surfers had just come in.

From this mornings BOM forecast for Sydney............Surf conditions in the morning may be more powerful than they appear and are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as rock fishing and swimming.

NB's on Tuesday with the last of school kids but still nice enough. Warm water.

Kinda of a surf on the NBs but the banks have been battered by the recent big swells plus the school holiday crowds.
